AFTER YOU FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND EXPECT THE FOLLOWING
1. An email response to set up an EXPLORATION call.
2. Preliminary EXPLORATION call to review your application and exchange questions.
3. Zoom call to discuss all of your needs, expectations, and deliverables. A preliminary cost estimate is provided at this time as well as contractual and payment terms.
4. Our concierge team will work with your staff at scheduled times before your visit.
5. Final zoom call to make sure all is in perfect order.
6. We greet you and your participants at the airport and retreat!
